Booking
- Go to the website and select "Book Cars."
Select Car Model
- Browse and choose your preferred car model.
Select Showroom (Mall)
- Choose a showroom location from the list.
Enter Details
- Title (Mr or Ms)
- Name
- Mobile
Submit Loan Application
- Submit the loan application through the system.
Loan Processing
- The system will forward the loan application to three banks.
Bank Approval
- The banks will inform GE Customer Service of the loan approval.
Loan Approval Upload
- GE Customer Service will upload the approval in the system and notify the customer to sign the loan at the bank.
Online Payment
- The customer must complete an online transfer for any remaining amount not covered by the loan, insurance, and on-road application fees.
GE Processing
- GE will handle the on-road application and insurance.
Delivery Notification
- GE will inform the customer of the delivery date.
Collection Note
- Upon receiving the car, the customer will sign a car collection note.
Payment Release
- GE will send the collection note to the bank for payment release to GE.
Send
- A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete.
